20 pounds down.
New diet plans. The weight needs to go.
No potatoes. No cheese. No pasta (These are my weakness’s) No eating out. even if prepared in a healthy way, they lead to downfall. I will only eat, fresh fruit, not processed. Fish. Salad. Whole grain breads, and vegetables. Meal ideas would be great. Xo.
I fell into a two week funk.
I’ve been eating like shit and not working out. I’ve only gained 1 pound but I feel horrible about myself. Why am I doing this!? I’m getting back on track today! And in a serious way.
Hopefully I feel better tomorrow so I can workout and get back on track.
I’m in such a funk!
I feel like my body never wants me to be thin.
no matter how hard I work for it.
I need help.
So last week, I worked out A LOT, ate no more than 1000 calories, did my usual. But on saturday and sunday I got sick and didn’t feel good enough to make healthy choices, and couldn’t even move from my bed. Saturday I ate 1,950 calories and sunday 1,628. Yesterday I got right back on track, worked out (Lesss than usual, I’m still really sick) But I gained THREE pounds since last week. And yes I weighed myself in the morning after I peed. Help?
